Other School Holiday Periods: $420 Per Night  (Min 7 Nights): Maximum: 8 Persons 
Other Times: $320 Per Night  Based on 4 sharing. Additional Persons: $25 Per Person/ Per Night (Min 3 Nights)

Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required on all bookings
Final payment is required at least 1 month prior to your stay.
A refundable bond of $350 is applicable to all bookings. Returned after your stay.
A cleaning and linen hire fee is required: $150 

Cancellation Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment is required 30 days prior to your stay. Cancellation of booking would result in loss of deposit. If you cancel within the 30 days proceeding your stay then the full amount is payable if we are unable to find alternative guests to take the cancelled dates.
